Former Assistant Defense Secretary under the Obama administration, Evelyn Farkas admitted that the Obama administration was trying to collect as much intelligence as possible
on the Trump administration.

the sources and methods meaning that we would no longer have access to that intelligence.”
Evelyn Farkas also served as an advisor to Hillary Clinton during the 2016 Presidential campaign and
was up for a position in the Clinton administration if Hillary became President.
