My 1st thought was of Hillary...why didn't they remember this when they found out she deleted over 3000 emails?

Or when Sandy Berger (former Bill Clinton National Security Advisor) stole official documents concerning terrorist activity prior to 9-11 from the National Archives. He stuffed them in his pants and socks to sneak them out.
Because some of those documents were uncopied and  uninventoried we have no idea what they said or why they were taken.
