Obama tried to legalize migrant accused of murdering 15-year-old step-daughter he impregnated

"Mr. Garcia’s criminal record is lengthy ..." says it all!

Quote
The Obama administration last year began the process of granting legal status to a 36-year-old illegal immigrant with a long criminal rap sheet whom agents had twice tried to deport and who now stands accused of killing his 15-year-old girlfriend, mother of one child with him, and pregnant with another.

The Texas case, involving Armando Garcia-Ramirez, a Mexican, is raising new questions about immigration enforcement under President Obama, as supporters of President Trump point to the matter as proof of a broken-immigration system.

How much more "legacy" can America's first Muslim president have "gifted" us with?  No one here can be sad Trump won, because Clintoon would have continued the destruction of our nation.
Sneaking into a country doesn't make you an immigrant any
more than breaking into someone's house makes you part of the family.

High school rape blamed on lax immigration policy

An immigration enforcement activist has expressed his outrage over two illegal aliens who were charged with raping a student in a restroom in a Maryland high school – where the noncitizens were placed by state officials.

Charges have been filed against the two illegal aliens in Rockville, Maryland – with the gang rape of a 14-year old girl on public high school property.

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) President William Gheen is confident that the two perpetrators will be brought to justice.

However, the conservative political activist is more concerned about holding those accountable who allowed the two illegals to be in a position to commit such a heinous crime.

"What we want is for the lawmakers in Rockville, Maryland, [who] created the sanctuary city – the lawmakers in Maryland that are trying to declare the entire state a sanctuary state – [to be brought to justice], Gheen demanded.

He would like to see a higher level of government accountability.

“The Barack Obama administration and people in the Trump administration that showed these illegal aliens that they could break laws before they raped that girl … we want them punished,” Gheen added. “We want them corrected."

The immigration expert also wants to know if the two suspects are beneficiaries of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program – also known as DACA.

"They're both confirmed illegal immigrants, and one had an active deportation order – and they've only been in the country for less than a year, so they're recent arrivals,” Gheen pointed out. “They're part of the recent ‘childhood arrivals’ that we've been hearing so much about [concerning] the border.”

Gheen is calling on President Donald Trump to end the DACA amnesty program – as he promised to do on his first day in office.

Border Patrol Union Chief Says Rape Of Teenager Was Avoidable

The head of the national Border Patrol union said in Senate testimony Wednesday that the alleged rape last week of a teenage girl by two recent arrivals from Central America would not have happened if the Border Patrol had done their job.

Henry Sanchez-Milian, 18, and Jose Montano, 17, were arrested last week for allegedly raping a 14-year old girl in the bathroom of a Maryland high school. Sanchez-Milian is in the country illegally, and ICE won’t release Montano’s immigration status because he is a minor. Sanchez-Milian is from Guatemala and Montano is from El Salvador. Both arrived in the U.S. in the past couple of months.

“Had we had done our job that 14-year old girl wouldn’t have been raped. Period. That’s all there is to it,” National Border Patrol Council president Brandon Judd said before the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs.

Judd, who is currently a Border Patrol agent, added that had the agency kept Sanchez-Milian in custody “that rape wouldn’t have happened.” Under the Obama administration the standard operating practice for the Border Patrol was to “catch and release” illegal immigrants they caught.

The role of 'catch and release' in HS rape case

An immigration enforcement think tank says one of the illegal immigrants accused in the brutal rape of a 14-year-girl was apparently in the country because of Barack Obama's "catch and release" policy.

Two illegal aliens remain in custody after being arrested and charged with the rape of the freshman at Rockville High School in Maryland in a boys bathroom stall. Reports have surfaced that at least one of the alleged perpetrators, 18-year-old Sanchez Milian, was in the country because of former President Obama's lenient treatment of individuals detained at the border.

"[The border authorities] did what was done under the Obama administration, which is hand them a piece of paper saying please show up at court," she continues. "And we do know that the overwhelming majority of those people do not show up at court – and that's the case with this person."

'14-Year-Old Girl Would Never Have Been Raped' if We Could’ve Done Our Job, Border Patrol Council Says

“Had we done our job, that 14-year-old girl would never have been raped," National Border Council President Brandon Judd testified in a Senate hearing Wednesday.

Questioned about reports that a 14 year-old girl at a Maryland public school was raped by an illegal alien who was on their “alien removal” list, Judd blamed the inability to detain and deport previously-identified illegal aliens:

"Senator, had we done our job, that 14-year-old girl would never have been raped. Period. That's all there is to it.

“Had we held those individuals in custody, or that one individual in custody pending a determination that this person should be allowed to remain in this country, that rape wouldn't have happened. We failed the citizens of this great nation by not securing the border.”

Judd said that half of all illegal aliens are successfully breaking into the United States without capture due, in part, to policies that are demoralizing border agents:

“Not only did we have the catch and release program that completely and totally demoralized the rank and file agents in the border patrol, but we also had an arrest rate of one out of every two. We only had a 50 percent effectiveness rate. That's a problem. So not only were the individuals that we were actually arresting, not only were we releasing those individuals, but we were only apprehending one out of every two that was crossing the border illegally.

"There’s no private company in the United States that can operate and be successful if they have a 50% success rate. They would go out of business."

New York Times: Rockville Rape Went ‘Virtually Uncovered’ on CNN, MSNBC

A New York Times article pointed out that an alleged rape in Maryland went “virtually uncovered” on CNN, MSNBC, and most other networks, while Fox News devoted a considerable amount of time covering the incident.

Left-leaning television networks left their viewers uninformed about the rape case, according to the Times.

Times writers John Koblin and Nick Corasanti said that, unlike the other networks, Fox News gave “considerable time” to what they called “a rape case in Maryland.”

They added that “viewers would not have heard” about the Rockville rape” if they had turned to CNN or MSNBC,” where the case was “virtually uncovered” on those networks.

The Times also said that Fox News was accurate in criticizing the other networks for not covering the issue, according to an in-story “fact-check” by the paper.

Even though the story was ignored by most networks, the alleged rape has generated national outrage.
