They're just mad because they can't get their way.  Damn Americans!  They just will not give up the best medical care in the world in order to be "fair".  "Fair" means Americans will not lower their standards so we can all share the newly created misery.  Damn Americans!  How the hell can socialism shine if American superiority keeps hogging the light?
