Let's send POSTCARDS to Paul Ryan. At home.

A good idea from Facebook friends:

Paul Ryan has turned off ALL of his public telephones & fax machines in response to protests in favor of Obamacare, Planned Parenthood, Medicare, etc. And he is NOT accepting signed petitions; instead he's TURNING AWAY voters who deliver the petitions.

So, let’s see what 67 million postcards looks like in his driveway.

Please start mailing postcards to his HOME:

PAUL RYAN
700 ST. LAWRENCE AVE.
JANESVILLE, WI 53545

http://www.democraticunderground.com/10028770776

There are 67 million DUmmies out there?  :rotf:

Let his lobbyist wife sort through bags of cards.

Uh, question.

I haven't kept track, but it seems to me there's been a lot of Democrat politicians with spouses who lobby Congress.  One who immediately comes to mind is Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro (D-Connecticut), but I'm sure there's loads more.

"guillaumeb" is displaying his/her ignorance. While Janna Ryan was a tax attorney and lobbyist, she made a career change to Stay-At-Home-Mom, in the early 2000s as best I can tell.

I can't wait for some idiot-Prog to send a bit of flour to the Ryan's home. IMO, it's a matter of "when", not "if".

I got news for this pwn'd Mommykins. There are a HELL of a lot more pissed off conservatives who want to do more than "send postcards" to Ryan, who frankly is far more supportive of YOUR version of Obamacare and wants nothing to do with its repeal.

Idiot.

67 million?  Highly doubt even 67 would ever be sent. DUmmies don't want to pay for stamps.

Once again, the DUmmies try and coopt a conservative idea.

On March 13th, each of us will mail President Trump a postcard that publicly expresses our approval to him. And we, in vast numbers, from all corners of the world, will overwhelm the man with his popularity.
We will show the media and the politicians what standing against him — and against us — means. And most importantly, we will bury the White House post office in Performance Reviews, informing our President that he’s on fire.
If each of us — every supporter from every march, each congress- calling citizen, every volunteer, donor, and petition signer — writes even a single postcard and we put them all in the mail on the same day, March 13th, well: you do the math.
No fake news or bleach bit will explain away our record-breaking, officially-verifiable, warehouse-filling flood of support. Hank Aaron currently holds the record for fan mail, having received 900,000 pieces in a year. We’re setting a new record: over a million pieces in a day, with not a single negative word said!
So sharpen your wit, unsheathe your writing implements, and see if your sincerest wishes can pierce President Trump's heart.
Prepare for March 13th, 2017. Write one postcard. Write a dozen! Take a picture and post it on social media tagged with #StalwartsofTrump!
Spread the word! They can’t build a wall high enough to stop the mail.
Then, on March 13th, mail your messages to:
President Donald J. Trump
The White House
1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW
Washington, DC 20500
It might just be enough to let him know he is on the right path. If you think this is a worthy idea, copy and re-post to all your friends!

Idiot.

That's very true.

But in the primitive perception, we're monolithic, a great big huge block of same-think.

Just like them.

Truth be told I've contacted my congressmen regarding Ryan's Obamacare 2.0 plan. It stinks. They need to pay attention to Rand Paul.

...and when they hit the local post office guess what will happen to them. With the amount of mail sent to him it is almost guaranteed that it is forwarded to a post office box or to his local office where staff can sort the personal mail from the political/job related mail. The postcards will be reviewed and tossed or a staffer will send a form letter reply thanking them for their "interest in this issue and blah, blah, blah...".

The Dems promised them taxpayer funded postage- "stamp stamps".

On a related noted, the Dems are trying to lure potential voters onto the plantation with taxpayer funded prostitutes- "tramp stamps".

I'm guessing that miskie can confirm or deny this, but I'm pretty sure that ever since the anthrax thing, mail going to Congrescritters' homes gets the same off-site sorting treatment as mail sent to the Capitol.  My guess is that these postcards, if there were actually a significant number of them (won't happen), would go directly into the circular file after a phone call...

"Speaker Ryan?  This is Bob down at the mail sorting facility.  We have a handful of postcards filled with moonbattery that were mailed to your home address. What would you like me to do with them?"
"Shitcan 'em."
"Will do.  Have a nice day, Speaker."
