Since GOP policies are so great and prosperous...then why is it that the reliably GOP states, the
 
vast majority of them like the southern Red States which are always GOP...why are they always among the most impoverished states, the states where the least number of citizens have healthcare coverage, the states where the educational level attained is always BELOW the US average, the states with the least gun laws and the most deaths caused by gunshots?

Why hasn't generations of GOP leadership changed these abysmal statistics in these areas?

Because of his rather retarded world view, DigitalBooby like so many other primitives, "sees" the South as white rednecks.

He forgets the South comprises of a substantial number of African-derived people too.

I'm sure that if the Obama voters down there were separated from the white redneck Republicans, it would show a sharp difference, two Souths.....showing who's keeping the South down in the statistics measuring well-being and standard of living.

And as many of the big cities are run by Obama voters, one can't blame Republicans for holding the black man down.  The black man in the South is right exactly where his white Democrat overlords from the North want him to be.

This shows just how the libs in general and dummies in particular make a broad generalization of a complicated subject that has no basis in fact.

Take impoverished as an example. $60,000 in those states is a pretty good middle class living. $60,000 in San Fran, DC or NYC is damn near poverty level. Comparing apples to oranges is what it is.  I see this in a lot of comments on news sites.

Dummies love them some statistics. Well there are lies, damn lies and statistics.  You give me control over the data collection method and I can make the statistics say just about anything you want.

Don't believe me dummie?  Make a deal with you. I will take a $60,000 salary down in one of those rural states and you take the same in San Fran.  We both live on that for three years.  We will see who is better off.

Until you are ready to put your ass on the line you can just STFU and FOAD.

IIRC, Mississippi is the lowest GDP per capita.  Mississippi ranks higher than every eu country except Luxembourg in GDP per capita. Euros suck at economics but they used to be a nice museum until the muzzies overran them. Glad I was mostly over there in 78-95. Soon it will be like going to the ME.
