Would you be willing to hide an illegal immigrant in your home?

We're hearing about raids taking place in neighborhoods of various cities. If you had a longtime immigrant neighbor whom you know and trust, would you be willing to allow them to stay in your home? If they came knocking at your door expressing fear about being deported because they entered the country illegally, would you give them shelter?

Just curious how far DUers would be willing to go to aid those who are being persecuted?

These primitives are pathetic.  Imagining themselves as the Trumpian equivalent of Oskar Schindler.  So courageous.  What a joke.  Nobody is looking for these illegals unless they have committed some other type of crime besides running afoul of immigration laws.

Assuming "illegal alien" means "Mexican", I have to ask a few questions:

Why would "hiding" in a DUmmie's house be preferable to living in their home back in Mexico?  I can understand the Franks preferring to live in an attic in Nazi Germany, but I cannot wrap my mind around why a Mexican would rather be a prisoner inside a DUmmie's house instead of being a free citizen back in Mexico.  What is the gain?

And......Why isn't Mexico the center of the civilized world?  It is certainly a sovereign nation that has been around and functioning since forever.  Mexico has two enviable coastlines.  It has incredible weather and some downright tropical paradises.  The farm land is very fertile.  The nation's natural resources are abundant beyond compare, with enough oil to make it one of the wealthiest countries on earth.  Why are perfectly able-bodied people climbing over hot rocks and gators to come into the USA to be illegal aliens in a hostile land?  Why aren't Mexicans staying put and fighting to Make Mexico Great Again?

They're willing to do something against the law and hide people who are here illegally, but something legal, like opening their homes and letting homeless people sleep in their den at night to keep them out of the elements, they won't do at all.
