Robert Reich Has a Chilling Theory About Those Berkeley Protestors

"I saw these people. They all looked almost paramilitary. They were not from the campus."

In the wake of a University of California Berkeley protest that saw demonstrators burn campus lights and a sign for Breitbart News editor Milo Yiannopoulos in effigy, Donald Trump has threatened to cut federal funding from public colleges infringing on free speech.

But at least one Berkeley professor believes the alt-right may have instigated the violence—former Secretary of Labor Robert Reich.

"I was there for part of last night and I know what I saw. Those people were not Berkeley students," Reich told CNN's Don Lemon, reiterating the statement issued by the university regarding the incident. "Those people were outsiders, agitators. I’ve never seen them before. There’s rumors that they actually were right-wingers. They were a part of a group that were organized and ready to create the kind of tumult and danger you saw that forced the police to cancel the event."

Turning to Trump's remarks, Reich highlighted Berkeley's history as the "home of free speech."

broadcasting the narrative that these violent and destructive protests are leftists funded by George Soros.

I personally think they are anarchists that want to see the world burn, raging against the entire system, not a particular side.

I think it's easier for them to get away with things and get associated with the left at a place like Berkeley where they know the police response will be muted or almost non-existent as we saw.

They are flying the Antifa flag and openenly claim to be Balck Block.


Of course it must be a false flag VRWC attack.

Berkeley Campus Police had a no arrest order. Wonder why that was.

 :thatsright: Is this dude(tte) so unaware that (s)he does not know that Milo has been touring and speaking all around the country? :thatsright: I don't follow Milo, nor do I go to Breitbart.com much, but I still know that much. Oh, and the Berserkeley College Republicans invited him, as is their right.

In the light of the no-arrests order given campus (and probably Berserkeley) police, it was damage control - weak, but the MSM won't call them on it.

Doesn't matter how the leftists spin this, the nation knows that it is little crybully leftists. I hope they keep it up because those 10 senators that are up in 18 in states Trump won OR CRUSHED in is turning into 12 senators in states Trump won OR CRUSHED in and some states where Trump almost won.

Keep digging that hole fascists. We've seen this show before and it ain't going to play again.
