Secret Service Managers Fired, Escorted from White House Grounds

At least two manager level Secret Service officials were fired and escorted from the White House complex, according to a report by reporter Steve Clemons.

The Secret Service has been accused of slow-walking an investigation of an agent based in Denver who publicly stated she would not ‘take a bullet’ for President Donald Trump.

“Reports coming in that some Secret Service mgr level personnel forced 2 resign 2nite & escorted out of EEOB. Two out but source says more…Repeat. Two (& perhaps more) @SecretService Mgr level staff abtuptly forced to resign tonight & escorted out of EEOB #trump #whitehouse”

I am truly confused about this.

For years and years and years, we've read about how the Carters, the Clintons, and the Obozos treated Sercret Service agents with contempt, no better than personal servants.

And how the Fords, the Reagans, the Bushes treated them with more-than-usual consideration, like remembering a wife's birthday or asking about a child who'd been ill.

There's no reason the Trumps are going to be any different from the other Republicans here.

So why would any Secret Service personnel not like the Trumps?

For years and years and years, we've read about how the Carters, the Clintons, and the Obozos treated Sercret Service agents with contempt, no better than personal servants.

And how the Fords, the Reagans, the Bushes treated them with more-than-usual consideration, like remembering a wife's birthday or asking about a child who'd been ill.

There's no reason the Trumps are going to be any different from the other Republicans here.

So why would any Secret Service personnel not like the Trumps?

From what I understand, Trump has taken his personal (private) security chief he had for years before going into politics and now he is working for him in a government role in the White House.

I don't think Trump trusts the SSA with his life, and that is why some serious changes are underway.

Thanks; while it's nice to be able to trust the guy already there, I suppose it's only natural that if one's personal safety's at stake, one would prefer someone he's known for a very long time.
