Citizens United? I doubt it. At no point did it say "corporations are people" or "money is speech". It was a first amendment issue about a movie critical of Hillary. That is why the ACLU supported CU.
Hobby Lobby did not force anyone's religious views on anyone else. It simply said the State could not force people to violate their freedom of conscience. BTW, before Obamacare, Hobby Lobby's health insurance offered those same BCP except the two they thought prevented implantation.
Any other politician or pundit be it Bernie, Thom Hartman, MSNBC, who said otherwise are either ignorant and too lazy intellectually honest to look it up themselves, or are simply lying sacks of shit.

Like FS said, elections have consequences. And not being a politician, Trump is making the [Sarcasm] monumental mistake [/Sarcasm] of working to keep his campaign promises. At his current pace, he's going to turn the trite phrase, "first 100 days," on its ear. And Libs & Progs with it.

Judging by the caliber of people Trump has picked for his cabinet, his senior administrative types, and now Gorsuch, Trump realized that anyone he picked would be Insta-Nazied by Ds, Libs, and Progs, and decided to pick really good, tough people rather than placate the slightly less hysterically loony margins of those Ds, Libs, and Progs (very un-R-like!).

I was watching FBN this morning when Trump said "Mitch should use the nuke option if he has to. This man is qualified beyond reproach and every single prominent donk voted for him 2006."

DJT is taking a wrecking ball to the democrat party right now.....and the GOPe to some major extent. That was a call out to Mitch. Schmuck the Chumer threw something when Trump did that. Trump knows this is a street fight for the survival of the country.
