AFAIK this is a rule in the Senate and not a law. The GOP are in charge of the Senate and based on precedent started by the democrats can change the rules at their whim concerning nominations.

But you DUmmies should not worry. I am sure McCain and Graham will do their best to prevent a conservative from being added to the USSC.

Hey just saw that LAX has got a deal with the little fascists terrorizing the airport. There will be 30 minutes of no terrorizing then 15 minutes of terrorizing. that should make every traveler there very happy as that sucks but it will be more like 55 minutes of terrorizing 5 minutes of America. Revenue for LAX and those airlines is not quite a straight line down but close enough from a few feet.

Strange, When I surveyed the thread my impression was that the OP claimed to fear the Trump Administration would soon be waging biological/chemical warfare against Progs.  Utter ludicrosity, but it's a conspiracy theory.
