Well now, I am flabbergasted.

I just looked at my iPhone and discovered that, totally unbeknowst to me, I have apparently become an Activist!
I musta had a couple hundred phone numbers in there!! With all that ACTION, it's no wonder I've been so tired lately!

I remember John Conyers leading faux impeachment hearings against Bush in the basement of the Capitol building. Oh, how he was hailed as a paragon of courage and moral clarity.

They just love their little personality cults built around people who haven't done anything in decades.  Like Goofy Elizabeth Warren.

"She'll save us" they yell. LOL She's up in 2018 for re-election and she has bad numbers.  My gouge is that her constituency is liberal but does not care for her shrill irrational rantings. LOL She's gonna be run over by the Train. 

But back to John Lewis.  In my area I'm seeing very nice commercials urging people to call senators to confirm Senator Jeff Sessions. Nice commercials, nice imagery. Super nice shot of Sessions and Lewis arm in arm shoulder to shoulder fighting the good fight together. Very persuasive commercials.

Well, the Ds are the MINORITY party in the House, courtesy of Obama and Pelosi, so this fatuous fantasy won't happen.

But please! Let Lewis beclown himself by chairing basement faux-impeachment "hearings". Better yet, Lewis should co-beclown himself by co-chairing the Kangaroo Klown Kollege, wrapping themselves in the much abused mantle of the Civil Rights Movement.

I do not at all mind :asshat: s exposing themselves as :asshat: s. In fact, I think it a public service.
