Cons, if you oppose affirmative action (like I do) did you support Clarence Thomas as justice?

Face it, Thomas was appointed by Bush 41 to fill the "black seat" left by Thurgood Marshall. He was rated very low by the ABA.

i remember those hearings. the democrats who tried to destroy Thomas might as well have worn white hoods.

Well Mannnnnnnnnnn, if you're too obstinate to take her/his question-begging bait, (s)he'll proceed to the next fallacy, set up a straw man by attributing ideas to you that you never expressed. The next step would probably be an ad hominem attack, so push her/him into that fallacy, make her/his trinity-of-fallacy complete.
