graham4anything4HC45 (24,486 posts) Wed Jan 11, 2017, 12:13 PMHi everyone! You may not agree, but I congratulate Hillary on winning the election, albeit once again, Camelot was taken away from (those who were for the Democratic party winning). see-this thread- http://discussionist.com/10151103103 The key to 2020 and beyond is in the south, reclaiming Georgia, SC, NC, Texas, and making inroads in Alabama and Mississippi and one would do well to not bother attempting to reclaim anyone who did not vote for Hillary. After all, she got the single largest # of voters except for President Obama in the history of the US, and yes, I do blame a certain (U.I.) for taking someone who had close to a 70% favorable and giving for a year, the blueprint for 100% of all the negativity (now we know none of the slurs against Hillary were true, and that there was a coordinated conspiracy (no theory, actual conspiracy). I know in 2020, I will be voting for Cory Booker, Michelle Obama, Kamala Harris, Elizabeth Warren, Cecile Richards and should she run again, Mayor Hillary Clinton (may she run in NYC, I think its a great idea, DeBlassio is the single worst mayor in NY History, and well, the single greatest Governor who didn't become President didn't think there was anything wrong with lower office after his dreams of being President ended(Jerry Brown). I will NOT under any circumstance, and that is 100% guaranteed, vote for anyone associated with a certain other person. 100% will NOT do so. And a special congratulations in Florida to Charlie Crist and DWS for there stunning victories in their elections. No retreat, no surrender. the house, the senate, the lower office, easy for the Republicans, with the billions spent over the years by the Koch Brothers, Adelson, and the others (even if the Koch's might not have gone bigtime in the Presidential race, their boot prints were all over the lower offices, and the Heritage Foundation, etc. Let alone that 100% of all media is alt-right or rightwing (Hannity saying Make Russia Strong, go Sean, show your true colors). anyhow, that's my opinion feel free to differ. as Hillary won, I can't think of any mistakes made, except perhaps they should have poured 100 million into the south and won Georgia and Texas, and perhaps Cory Booker should have been the VP. and I have to say, I agree with bravenak on almost 100% of the posts since election day. (along with a number of other posters). Hope all here are personally okay health wise. I already know the vast majority of people here got their wish as to who did not get seated. (that's my opinion). I proudly stand with those that voted for and wanted Hillary to win, and more important, want and still want the legacy and agenda of President Obama to continue forever. And though in the streets, I have had a couple of nasty remarks/almost threat against my car and the bumper stickers, they aren't being removed, in fact, more are being added as I can find them. Nov. 3, 2020 is right around the corner. and remember- the Democratic party GAINED seats in the Senate and House, and most of the horrid class of 2010 in the Governrships will not be running again in 2017 and 2018 and 2019. Want to catch-up with articles, thoughts from the last two months to have them on record, and also give a tribute to 5 or 6 people who have since died. Where to begin?

California and NY Pay the most in taxes and are the least representativeNo taxation without representation How would the small states survive without the federal tax money from NY and California? voting should be mandatory 100% of the people vote 50.01% of the vote needed there should be instant runoff for candidates below the first two and who they would choose (the candidates with less than 10% are really nuisance candidates after all, we all love Mickey Mouse however Mickey shouldn't be voted on for President) (with no offense toward Pat Paulsen, but then again, he ran as a joke anyhow) But the runoff has to be instant and uniform and nationwide (one voting system everywhere, same # of booths per person nationwide). And it should be, if a vote is not read by whatever system in place, the person instantly should be notified while in the booth to correct any error, so their vote is 100% counted
Starting to think Ralphie is being discriminated against. Could someone get Laserhaas on the red hotline to take up my case?
Retry? Mine was reset immediately
Boasting about their modest house and senate gains is silly when they stood to gain so much (and stand to lose so much in 2018).
