We have constitutional options to prevent a descent into fascism or socialism, IF the nation chooses to remain a United States of America.

If not, I'm glad to be living in California which will fight and resist federal intrusion.

The DOI is not the Constitution, dipshit.

There is no mechanism expressly stated within the Constitution for leaving the union.

If we take Madison's word for it (he wrote the Constitution) he wrote to Daniel Webster that the mechanism entailed the union voting to allow exit the same as the union voting to admit a new state.

But that was private correspondence, not codified in the Constitution.

I was thinking a about this a while back...
Maybe.. and I mean just maybe, they are SO traumatized from this election, that they might start cooperating with us ont he front of reducing governmental power and regulation so that when they lose in 2020, it won't much matter because there will be no reason to freak out again.
You know, that thing we've been trying to do for a long time? Get gov out of our lives?
