While it is a proud American tradition to hand over a peaceful transition of power from one presidential administration to the next, it is equally the right and responsibility of every American to act to preserve our precious freedoms and democratic tenets. These hard won rights must be preserved by each generation - or lost by them. To silently accept a tainted election endangers the most sacred rights and freedoms of our Nation. Far from ennobling, submitting to the corruption of the American democratic voting process leads to the very Tyranny that our Republic was founded to oppose. This being true,

WE THE PEOPLE DECLARE THAT the safeguards established to protect the American People’s Constitutional right to a fair and unimpeded vote have been and continue to be violated, as are the fundamental tenets of our Democracy, and a new election must be held.

GROUNDS:

1. National Security
Based on the accounts of the CIA, the FBI and over 17 US intelligence agencies, the Russian Government effectively used cyber-attacks to bias the American election against Hillary Clinton in a manner that amounts to a de facto political coup on American soil.

This grave and unprecedented threat to our national security and the health of our Nation’s self-determination must be accounted for. The People will not accept or tolerate an election result manipulated and corrupted by Russian espionage, for purposes hostile to the welfare of our Nation.

2. Preserving and Protecting the Constitution
An American President must uphold the constitution. Donald Trump's policies and goals to supress our basic right to freedom of speech and change to libel laws, authorize torture and waterboarding, restrict a woman's right to abortion, ban the entry of people based on their religion or nationality and target them with surveillance program, are unconstitutional and unlawful, violating the First, Fourth, Fifth, Eighth and Fourteenth Amendments, as well as other statues and international treaties.

Donald Trump also endangers our Nation by violating the Emoluments Clause and the Logan Act:
"foreign interference in the American political system was among the gravest dangers feared by the Founders of our nation and the framers of our Constitution. The United States was a new government, and one that was vulnerable to manipulation by the great and wealthy world powers (which then, as now, included Russia). One common tactic that foreign sovereigns, and their agents, used to influence our officials was to give them gifts, money, and other things of value. In response to this practice, and the self-evident threat it represents, the framers included in the Constitution the Emoluments Clause of Article I, Section 9. It prohibits any “Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under [the United States]” from accepting “any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.” Only explicit congressional consent validates such exchanges.

"...But one violation, of constitutional magnitude, will run from the instant that Mr. Trump swears he will “faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.” While holding office, Mr. Trump will receive—by virtue of his continued interest in the Trump Organization and his stake in hundreds of other entities—a steady stream of monetary and other benefits from foreign powers and their agents."- Norman L. The Logan Act (enacted January 30, 1799) is a United States federal law that forbids unauthorized citizens from negotiating with foreign governments having a dispute with the U.S. It was intended to prevent the undermining of the government's position. The Act was last amended in 1994, and violation of the Logan Act is a felony.

While president-elect, Donald Trump remains a private citizen, yet he has continually sought to assert himself as a negotiator in foreign policy with Russia, with, China, with Israel, with Taiwan, etc., in a manner that undermines our governments position.

The People also raise this serious objection:

3. Election Engineering
During the early voting period over 42,000,000 Americans were forced to cast ballots while impeded in their ability to vote fairly and impartially:

Two weeks before Election Day FBI Director James Comey again released the information that Secretary Clinton was under review for ‘criminal’ activity in a manner that forcefully placed doubt and indecision in the American voters mind. This prejudice rendered a fair and impartial election process impossible, and tangibly altered the natural outcome of the election.

By depressing the Democratic voter turnout, Director Comey also affected the outcome of the Senate and House elections.

The People are outraged. We will not tolerate a government agency to violate Federal regulations and abuse its power in order to influence the outcome of an American election: “Federal employees may not use their official authority or influence to interfere with or affect the result of an election” - The Hatch Act

When the People are repeatedly subjected to powerful Federal agencies interfering in their ability to have clear information and make judgments on vital matters of State, and when this interference leads to an outcome that alters the results of a presidential election, can we not fairly conclude that safeguards and laws instituted to protect the American people from a tainted election were transgressed? And that through these transgressions our Constitutional right to a fair, unimpeded vote was obstructed, corrupting the November 8th election result?

A corrupted election threatens our democracy, our national security, and our welfare as a Sovereign Nation. We call for a full review of the violations of the safeguards established to protect a fair election, and new election to replace the tainted results of November 8th, 2016.

Our Nation cannot move forward in peace and unity until this matter is settled. Therefore we assert that no presidential transition should occur until this matter is justly resolved.

Good question. When I Googled "Shain Stodt", its founder, the first page of results all referenced a female by that name who is a trained "sex educator". The "Contact Us" page for SPE gives just an email addy.

Whether the same Shain Stodt or another, SPE sounds like the website of some loon trying to sound more significant than (s)he is. And, of course, there's an associated begathon page linked on the poorly laid out main page.

I stopped reading at that blatant lie. Trump said that if the Russians had access to Hillary's deleted emails, then they should release them. He never asked them to do any hacking.

In fact, it would have been a moot point since Hillary's server had long ago been disconnected and illegally scrubbed clean of any damning evidence.
