A question for lawyers and Constitutional experts on DU.
I am beyond outraged by the revelations that the Russians manipulated our elections, by the seeming refusal of Republicans in Congress to take it seriously, and by the–so far–limp response of Democrats. It seems to me that this should call into question the legitimacy of Trump's victory in the Electoral College. This is unprecedented foreign interference in our elections, as far as I know. This would be bad in any election, but given what we are facing with a Trump presidency, it is nothing short of disastrous.

But as a practical matter, what can we do? I would like to hear about any legal actions that are possible to overturn the election in light of these revelations. I am all for protest marches, but those alone won't have any legal force.

1. There is little under the law

But the suspension of the law in times of national emergency is specifically acknowledged.

Just throw it in the fire is the answer.

The DUmmies have all this proof, yet I don't see any, only wild accusations of Russian interference.

The only Russian interference I heard was leaking info to wiki leaks.
A leak is NOT election tampering.

It is not like pouring US tax dollars into an effort to tamper in Israeli elections. THAT was tampering.

1. Make/sign internet petition.
2. Submit internet petition.
3. Wait 24 business hours for reply from republican congress.

You see, I don't care you how feel.  I really don't.  More importantly, neither does anyone else.  Only about 200 people on a planet of 7 billion actually care about your feelings, and that's if you're lucky.  The sooner you grasp this lesson, the better off you will be.  And since almost no one gives a damn what you do, say, think, or feel, appealing to your feelings when you encounter differences of opinion is not only illogical, but useless.

Yes, because Putin clearly hacked hundreds of different makes and models of voting machines, in thousands of wards across many states to elect someone who will actually put up resistance against him, instead of rolling over like a Liberal -

Except California -

He left all those voting machines alone to show Hillary actually 'won' to poke Democrats in the eye.. Instead of lowering California margins to a loss for Trump, but a slight one.
