He needs to go on TV and speak to the nation. He has to lay out the interference by Russia in our democratic process, even at the risk of compromising sources and methods. He needs to go on to say an election that happened under the influence of such interference is a nullity. He should set a new election date. Then he should announce he has positioned troops around the country and called up the National Guard and he will not hesitate to declare martial law in the event of violence.

He will rank with Washington and Lincoln in the history of this nation if he does. If he doesn't we will have to fix things ourselves and it will be very messy.

Since they have nothing concrete on the Russians actually hacking the voting system - and in fact the only tracked hacking of actual voting databases that went to a government agency turned out to be from our own dear Homeland Security Administration - this would be kind of tough to do.

If you idiots think the military - regular, guard, or reserve - is going to back a play to keep Obozo on past January 20th and invalidate the election, I'd like to sell you the snorkeling concession on Mars.  As far as your amateurish attempt to play the role of a Marat, I'll believe you 'Fixing things yourself' when I see 'Also known as rzemanfl' in a list of bodies after your children's crusade meets up with real bullets.

The DUmmies wish for Emperor Shit Midas to go full Ferdinand Marcos, with total Federal forces of 3 million (including active duty military, National Guard, Reserve, and every Federal law enforcement officer) against 100 million armed Citizens in all 50 states, who have the home field advantage and control the entire infrastructure of every city, county, and state.

Funny, when there's a hint, but no proof, that Russia had anything to do with our election, the DUmmies have a fit. Yet the DUmmies didn't seem to mind when Obama was overtly meddling in Israeli elections.

Then, he needs to petition THE SUPREME COURT, in light of the election's having been compromised, to call a second election.

When the Supreme Court decided to intervene in the matter of Bush v Gore, they set a precedent for involving the Court in a national election.

This precedent can be used for the Court's privilege to order a second election, as the matter of a foreign actor interfering with a US election is not (to my knowledge) specifically addressed in the Constitution. Since an opinion of "no confidence" could be reasonably given to the results of this election, and since this cause of a compromised election is not addressed in the Constitution, then remedies stated and approved in the Constitution for such events as a tied election do not apply, and the Court could declare the first election null and void and set a date for another.

If the results remain the same, then so be it, but it should be done.

With the massive hacking of the votes he could simply say that he was the last president elected by the people in a fair election. That no new election would be set until a point and time where voting could be guaranteed "hack free".

For the vast majority of us we'd not have a problem extending his term out 2, 4, or even 8 more years.

Then declare martial law and if the red staters revolted we'd crush them with our military. Perhaps in the next election their votes really wouldn't matter. It would be a win win or our party and real America.
