73 years old and look at the melodrama. Good grief. I swear these people had 8 years of getting whatever they wanted virtually unopposed and they act like the world has ended now that power has shifted to another party like always has.

Rogers Park which, based upon comments by others here, I assume is in northwestern Chicago.  Myself, I've ben through Chicago too many times to count--Union Station, Midway Airport, O'Hare Airport--but never in it long enough to acquainted with the geography, other than at the northern end, Evanston.
It's basically due north of the Loop, between Wrigley Field and Northwestern University.
