Great article you linked in there, PJ, apparently what Halderman (Sp?) the computer guy actually said is quite a bit different than what the Leftists and MSM (But I repeat myself) have been running with, and it seems he actually regards shitty polling as the most likely culprit.

I also note in casually scrolling through the Stein threads over in PostMortem 2016 that some of the DUmmies are beginning to realize that to even get a recount at all in MI and PA she needs to go to court FIRST and then get a judge to order the SoS to do the recount, which would normally require her to show it could change the outcome with respect to HER, since she is the party requesting it, and therefore she is the only party with standing in the case; the interests of the rest of the candidates, save possibly the seeming winner, would not come into play.

It is true that in PA we have a Republican house and senate. But the Governor and Atty General are Dims. The democrat Atty General ran a bunch of radio ads before the election promising hell to any who tried to tamper with the election.

My county voted 65% for Trump. In this county, the Democrats outnumber the Republicans by 25%. The vote totals for Trump were very close to the totals for the Republicans running for congress and the state assembly.

Statewide, Sen Toomey was re-elected but only received about 52% of the vote. Many conservatives are very disappointed with Toomey but will admit he is far better than his Democrat opponent. The Democrat running for state Atty General won over the Republican by a small amount, this after the Democrat who occupied the office previous was forced to resign and faces a prison term. If any election recount in PA is suspect, it should be the Atty General race.

In short, I put the prospects of a recount in PA at a small percentage but if it happens, my gut tells me it will only help Trump. Donald Trump put a lot of effort in PA.

What I find amazing in all this, is the idea in DUmmyland that performing a re-count is equal to changing the EC votes in favor of Clinton. If it were close maybe but it wasn't close. If the Clintons thought there was even a slight chance then they would be all over it. I would imagine if there was a chance for Clinton her multi-million dollar donors would be demanding she request a recount. Do these people not know that if the election officials in the states were found to be guilty of fraud with respect to counting the votes, they would pay a very high price?

But alas, there is a limit to how much humiliation one can subject themselves to. That is unless your a mentally challenged primitive. In that case, the sky is the limit.

I am not sure how all this recount stuff works in the three states (wisconsin, michigan and PA) where she wants a recount. Enough electoral votes if all three change so Trump loses.   I think I read somewhere that if Stein was on the ballot  she can demand a recount.  I do know some states auto recount when the vote is close, dunno if Wisconsin is one. Wisconsin is the first deadline.   

I think this is all Hillary and her supporters behind this.   Allows her to stay above the fray and gives the dem machines in those states the time to find those accidentally misplaced hillary votes.

I am not so sure this is over.

I would think that there would be a good case in court that since she has no chance of winning then the recount should not proceed. If I am Trump, I would make Hillary come out and say she wants it. And pay for it.

Earlier this week as Stein signaled that she would ask for a recount, the Wisconsin Elections Commission sent a memo to all of the state's county clerks asking them to estimate the costs of such an undertaking.
 
The memo acknowledged that the process "is going to create numerous challenges and significant frustration."
 
The federal deadline to finish the recount is Dec. 13.
 

Now this is worrysome:

"State law clearly gives each county’s Board of Canvassers the primary authority to conduct the recount, and to decide which ballots should and should not be counted,"

Like I said earlier... this ain't over.  I'm sure in the big cities there will be lot of misplaced hillary votes and Trump votes that "are not really Trump votes".

The libs are opening up a can of worms here that they do not want to see the end result of.  Something tells me that if the election results are overturned it will not end up well for the libs.  Lots of anger out there and I suspect this will be viewed as the dems stealing an election.  Like I said... the libs do NOT want to go there.  These fools have never seen a real genuine grassroots protest and something tells me it will not be pretty.  I can see them coming out to confront the Trump voters and getting their asses shot off.  Even if that don't happen the dems will consign themselves to the dustbin of history.  Talk about wiring up the other side?  Oh boy that would wire up the GOP side like they have never seen.  Lots of people will see it for what it is... stealing an election.

Never underestimate the dems.  Never. I seem to recall a recount in whatever state it was that Al Franken ran in, which he initially lost, and they did it like two or three times until he won.

The only good thing about this would be precincts that amazingly had more than 100 percent voters would get scrutinized with a microscope. 

If it does get overturned, then I would expect enough voters would complain to push thru voter ID checking.

I've been trying to find the information that I was reading some time back but it is eluding me at the moment. I'll keep looking.
IF what I read was true, absentee ballots (totally around 6-8 million) are not counted unless the margin is very slim. So in almost all states, they were completely ignored. The other point made in the material I was reading was that absentee ballots are generally around 70% republican. The numbers I'm stating here are from memory so take it with a grain of salt...
anyway, the way I understand it, if ALL the votes were counted, even their cherished popular vote would end up lost.
All they are going to do is stir up another bucket of conspiracy theory to talk about for the next generation, it's all they can do. Libs have never produced anything except bullshit and this is no exception.
