I am not willing to listen to these snarky pricks anymore. They have dished out a heap of hate and racism. Apparently you are supposed to take their abuse with grace. You are supposed to suck it up and take the high road. As far as I am concerned progressives need to learn to slap back verbally or otherwise. Never apologize because they never do.

The only way to deal with a bully is fight back and destroy them or terrorize them in some way. I do not believe in "we go high when they go low" all the time. Being a passive victim hoping for sympathy from others will not work with what we are facing.

I don't like Schemer he looks weak and mamby pamby <---he speaketh about Chuckie?  . Maybe we can talk, maybe we can negotiate, maybe we did something wrong et al. Bullshit because that is what they expect. Treat them with disrespect, mock them, verbally attack them. Forget all the niceties and civility because you WILL NOT get respect.

Wiener and Grayson have their flaws, but I prefer their fiery rhetoric. We certainly can see how well our present strategy has worked. As much as I liked Obama, he was too nice about how he was treated. Being a street fighter was not in his nature. Even though he is a strong person, his nature worked against him with the vicious thugs.

especially as that is what they want, us to become THEM. But, like the Kung Fu artists do, we keep our footing, which in this analogy, means that we are prepared to stand and advance, knowing they will use cheap tricks to try and topple us. This is where we learn to firmly, consistently say no, and make sure they know there is a cost, be it money (sorry Rachel Maddow, I can not watch MSNBC anymore, your friends helped make Trump) time, (as we volunteer to organizations that make them lose time and money, like the ACLU and Sierra Club) and face (by making sure every foul up gets displayed and discussed, after all, we have bloggers too.) All of this is resistant, calm, but NOT passive, not apologetic, not starting with concessions and then talking ourselves down to a quarter of the damned loaf.
