On the German TV news tonight: possible hacking and vote reporting fraud in WI, MI and PA
If German TV thought it significant enough to report, then it's a sure thing other countries in Europe and Asia did, too.

The 1% or so margin of victory for Trump (only a third of that in Michigan) apparently did not jive with a lot of factors they were analyzing. Not only do they have no explanation for Trump's victory in those states, but they are practically saying something is very fishy, without coming right out and stating electoral fraud as a fact.

The reason this is news is because the total of these 3 states is 46 electoral votes, which, subtracted from Trump and added to Hillary's column, gives Hillary the presidency.

Is this worth fighting for? It's not my decision, because if it were, I'd be demanding recounts/investigations already. The anomalies in Wisconsin are already documented for some areas. If they are proven to be typical and systematic, then it's President Hillary, and let the right wing howl to the moon until their throats are sore (and howl they would!)

Well this has a toasted leg now!

9. They are not only paying attention

They are paying a lot of very close attention.

It's almost as if they care more than we do, sad as that would be.

They want our money and protection.

I think not.

44. I am hoping to hear from one of them that I am friends with

The fact the he is saying nothing right now gives me hope. If they were doing nothing, he would have replied immediately.

Or he doesn`t want to talk with a lunatic and grifter.

16. I wish we had my dad's generation of journalists back.

His was a different breed--uncompromising, loyalty only to the truth, not to advertising or political favors.

My dad's colleagues were people like Jack Anderson, Helen Thomas, people that couldn't be bought.

Or be honest.

28. Yes he was

My dad was a print journalist, did very little TV other than a few guest appearance on Meet The Press when the show was really what its title implied, plus a little radio reporting when something affecting St. Lawrence Seaway issues was going on in DC. He was finally inducted into the Gridiron Club in Washington in 1977, one of the achievements he most wanted. He was then president of the Gridiron Club in 1995, and was on top of the world that year. Three years later, during the impeachment of Bill Clinton, he said his profession had perverted into something he no longer recognized.

Actually he said he should have dumped you in the sheets.

35. Then look up who was president of Gridiron in 1995

That was the year the Hillary Gump video was first presented, and to whom it was first shown. As family members, we were all invited to have a little chat session and photo op with one of the other presidents there:

Damn you are impotant Marc.

My brother does stuff for DARPA, and he told me--in 2002!!--that if you gave him a cell phone and a laptop, he could make any voting machine give you any result you wanted. The machines run on Windows 2000 with all its vulnerabilities, and do indeed NOT need to be connected to the internet to be manipulated from afar.

Yet you did nothing.  :rotf:

Well, I'm no IT expert, but I think in 2002 all we had were flip phones. Why not just use a landline?

Worried about hacking now, are we?  Well dummie it is important for you to know exactly how these voting machines came about.

Allow me to educate you.

Back in 2000, seems there was a close election between GW Bush and Al Gore and it all came down to Florida. Seems that state was extremely close.  Well the dems wanted recount after recount and complained because some of the ballots, pieces of paper with holes punched in them, had dimpled chads. You dems wanted those counted as a vote for Gore. Argued and fought until it went to the supreme court. Well the supreme court, educated individuals that they are, probably thought that if you were too damn stupid to punch a hole in a piece of paper, then your dimpled chad should not count.

How you dems pissed and moaned about that. So the federal government, your beloved federal government, came up with a solution. They mandated that voting should be done electronically.

And it was and you rejoiced... until 2004. So now we are here today and you idiots are STILL BITCHING!!!

In short, you asked for it, you got it, and now you want to go back? :mental:

You made your beds, now sleep in them.  Your candidate lost. Sucks to be you.   :loser:

Newsflash (D)Ummies.  All your lefty poll prognosticators are poo-pooing your vote hacking BS.

Sorry.   :bawl:

Hmm, my husband works for DARPA...I'll have to let him know that there is a subversive at the agency.  It's quite a small place, and he knows everyone there...what is Marc's last name?

Also, having been a computer specialist for going on 30 years now, I can tell you for a fact that a) voting machines are not running Windows 2000, as it is no longer supported by Microsoft and b) unless the machines are connected to the internet in some way, they can't be manipulated by any machine that's not part of their internal network.
