Same at my place. We have two gentlemen, one is 62 the other is around 67. Here is the kicker. They have marketable skills. One is a respiratory therapist and the other one sells and fixed powered wheelchairs. Age has little if anything to do with a skill set.
True skill and trade are becoming hard to find. Back in the days when I was an engineer, I was always amazed watching the old timers in the machine rebuild shop.
I'll bet there aren't a handful of guys on the planet today that can still do this. check it out... it really is amazing knowing the tolerances involved:

I could watch them for hours on end, it still amazes me how much experience it takes to do this.
