1. I don't think he will but it would be awesome if he did.

The fury from Republicans would be intense, though.

This is why you want us disarmed

2. Can he actually and legally do that? I don't know, either way.

I'd love it if he could, and did so.

It would sure put a large kink in the R's plans!

No.

God,they are retards.

:rotf: Do "lunamagica", "LonePirate", and "CaliforniaPeggy" understand they've just acknowledged that these 11M indeed broke the law when they entered the US, and that they are here illegally? People are not pardoned for complying with the law. Only those who have broken a law can be pardoned.

I don't know if, legally, BHO can pardon 11M unnamed persons, but the probable anti-D backlash might rival the Ds' 1930/1932 takeover of Congress.
If The Vaccine is deadly as anti-Covid-vaxxers claim, millions now living would have died.

Can His Holiness Barack the Great pardon the illegals en masse?  No.  That's not how it works. That's not how any of this works.

Right you are, first they would all have to be named and, O'bungo would have to sign 11 million individual pardons.  He is far to lazy for that.

Dear DUmmtards, how many times have your so-called leaders and media overlords told you that entering the US illegally isn't a criminal offense?

Your stupidity exceeds the capabilities of any known measurement technology or vocabulary.

He might be able to pardon them but that would be very, very difficult and bring the wrath of America. However, he cannot make them citizens so they will still be deported.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

Even if he did the burden of proof would be on the illegals if they ever got drug into a federal court that obumbles pardoned them.  The deserters were a different story. The military knew who they were. These illegals are... well illegal and hiding in the shadows.

Another liberal wet dream dashed.  And don't think for one damn bit that obumbles, legal scholar that he supposedly is, doesn't know this or he would have done it already.

Better pack up your bags illegals... there is a new sheriff in town and he is coming for you!  *cue Cops theme song*

All 11 million should immediately report to Juarez and stand in an orderly line.  Obama will allow them into the country one at a time with a hand written note giving them amnesty.  All they have to do is demonstrate that they meet our immigration requirements.  Seems simple.

Even if, through suspension of the Constitution and common sense, the O'hole wrote a blanket pardon, all 11 million would be in new violation of the law the second after he signed it. Oops!

Y'know, even if he did and it somehow stuck, that'd only make them good for the entry and being in violation up until the pardon.  One second later they'd all be engaged in a new violation by BEING here, just like a visa overstay where the entry was legal but the continued stay isn't.  Presidents can't pardon future conduct, only conduct that happened up to the time of the pardon.

Obama will probably be too busy writing pardons for imprisoned Jihadists.

  • ha ha, charade you are
My guess is that even in bungles picked ONE of them to "pardon", it wouldn't be worth the ink. They are citizens of another country so I don't know how that would apply.
Secondly, pardons do not relieve guilt, it will only give relief to any sentence imposed on the individual. And felons will not be allowed citizenship under President Asskick.
But hey, my Holiday Inn Express pass has failed me before...

It has been done before at the state level.

Quote
Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe has granted voting rights to as many as 60,000 convicted felons just in time for them to register to vote...

McAuliffe sought to allow all of Virginia’s estimated 200,000 felons to vote, but state courts said each individual felon’s circumstances must be weighed. To get around that, McAuliffe used a mechanical autopen to rapidly sign thousands of letters, as if he had personally reviewed them, even as his office was saying the total was 13,000.

Yeppers! Pardoning The SHREW would intrinsically admit that The SHREW committed crimes. And if the Rs kept investigating the depth and scope of her corruption, calling her for testimony or deposition would be a "perjury trap" of her own creation.

Frankly, I think the loathing BHO and MOOCH-chelle have for The SHREW is so strong that I would not be surprised if he leaves her swinging in the breeze.

Especially since BO tied his "legacy" to her candidacy and she lost.
