how do i feel? i feel like my country might just need me again, like it did when w was elected. i feel like i might need to dust off the old button press.

i have to wonder if du got hacked because someone knew we would pick the election apart cd by cd to make sure the numbers add up. and that this would be a center for event organizing.

i am feeling happy to see people spilling out into the streets, without any time to really organize it, just spilling into the streets.

I know this will come as a shock, but the Ds are notoriously lousy money handlers, spending more than they have. Back in the 60s and 70s it was pretty much a tradition that paying off D Presidential candidates campaign debts would take years. I would be very surprised if modern Ds have broken with that tradition. So The CHILL's campaign is probably millions or 10s of millions in debt.

You know, the DUmmies are absolutely terrified that Trump is going to wipe out Obama's legacy.  And they should be because he's going to do it and there's nothing they can do to stop it.  It will almost be like he never was president.

I am very scared. I suspect after he is sworn in he will declare martial law. I do not believe anything he is saying that sounds so called nice. I fear for our children, particularly our girls. I fear violence that will go unchecked simply because it is on a person of color, homosexual, female, disabled, and someone of any religion other that fundamentalist Christian. I am fearful for those who will lose everything. I do not see him doing anything he claimed he would unless it makes him money. Welcome to our new country: Corporation Of Trump.

Among many things that I'm finding disturbing after the election, the worst for me is the racist vandalism and attacks at schools. So far, two such incidents have occurred near me in the Twin Cities of Minnesota. I'm very worried that racists and other bigots have been emboldened by the Trump win.

Individually and collectively, we need to express our disgust at such behavior. We need to do it each time such things occur and directly to law enforcement, which has the responsibility for investigating these incidents. Trump should express the same disgust, but I'm not seeing that coming from him so far.

I would drive by Woodside High School on my way home from work if US 101 traffic was particularly nasty. Redwood City and Woodside are fairly upscale cities (like most of the San Francisco Peninsula).

This story has gotten coverage on pretty much all the major local MSM outlets. Here's an article from the local Fox affiliate, KTVU. It has the cell phone video embedded.

This article from the San Jose Murky Skews speaks of the situation at the high school.

All in all, I suspect the reaction of the school and the tone of the Murky Skews article would have been vastly different had the beat up girl been a POC CHILL supporter. And why the attacker isn't in jail or the juvy I do not understand at all!
