So- according to all the left wing sites a lawsuit was brought against D Trump for allegedly raping a 13 year old girl back in 1994.
The case was thrown out in California this past April due to the fact the complainant (who has not been seen or interviewed by anyone) filed from an address that turned out to be an abandoned building. (snopes @

In July someone re-filed it in New York and argued that it be heard in court despite the statute of limitations had run out two years ago.
“Immediately following this rape, Defendant Trump threatened me that, were I ever to reveal any of the details of Defendant Trump’s sexual and physical abuse of me, my family and I would be physically harmed if not killed,†the plaintiff said in an affidavit. The alleged victim claims she was too scared to come forward until this year and has asked the court to waive the statute of limitations, which for most sexual assault claims in New York is five years.
Since then the [D] have been harping on this and the MSM has giving it very little lip service... basicly because it is on it's face ludicrous.
It is very similar to the dirty trick played by Clinton on Herman Cain. Alligations surfaced and forced him out of the race and then POOF!!!! they disappeared.
Cain told RCR that the first accuser’s charges were sent to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and were dismissed. Another accuser, represented by celebrity attorney Gloria Allred, has yet to provide an affidavit. And the most well-known accuser, Ginger White, was found guilty of libel in an unrelated case around the same time Cain ended his campaign.

It doesn’t matter if the charges are false. Accusations make page one while the truth later winds up at the bottom of the classifieds. In the case of Cain, it derailed his campaign. In the case of Trump, his campaign wobbles while the mainstream media gladly changes the subject from Hillary Clinton’s record of failures and lies and her history of using her offices for self-enrichment while riding her husband’s stained coattails to political power.

California eliminated the Statute of Limitations on rape allegations (in response to the Bill Cosby accusations). If authorities have not decided to peruse an investigation (hence the civil lawsuit here) I'm going to be cautious about leaping to any conclusions.

Isn't it obvious exactly what is happening? Hillary is dropping like a stone and so one last desperation pass by the DNC/WH/DOJ/Clinton crime ring to trow the election.
They did it before and are using the exact same players to do it again.
