CNN reports state department emails on the server thought to be those Hillary deleted on her devices before turning over her hard drives to the FBI...after she had received a subpoena for them...

can you say Obstruction of Justice. Criminal Conspiracy, Destroying Evidence and Lying to Congress?

And the cherry on that sundae would be destruction of public records, penalty for which is removal from ANY office and PERMANENT disqualification

I'm not a lawyer, I didn't even stay in a Holiday Inn last night, but isn't this what the RICO laws are for?

Also, I heard that RICO charges cannot be pardoned away. Again I are engineer and only deal with the laws of science.

That's not true. Impeachment is the only exception. All federal criminal offenses may be pardoned.

I caught some of Hannity's analysis/commentary on this during my evening commute. Even if you arbitrarily discount what he said was possible by 90%, Huma's looking at an orange-jumpsuit-modelling career at the GrayBar Hotel, and may do what her Weiner did, cooperate with the FBI.

Hannity was speaking in terms of a Constitutional Crisis, regardless of who wins, and he was not using the term with relish.

Constitutional crises for Trump or Clinton.

Sounds like a good reason to vote for Johnson.
