17. I bet there were anti-government ****ers on the jury
They need to investigate them all. This is a ****ing travesty. Maybe get rid of the jury system, since Americans are too ducking stupid to understand anything anymore. The government should have gone in, guns blazing, and killed every last one of those assholes. They do not get to own this country !!!!!!!!!
Not anti-government, just people POed at the way the Feds have, for decades, gradually stolen their, their families', their friends', and their neighbors' lands. Libs & Progs created the enviro-tyranny, now they don't like its fruit?

The irony here is rich.
In context, the famous line by Shakespeare (in "Richard III", IIRC), "First let's kill all the lawyers," was uttered by a minor character who viewed lawyers as obstacles to tyrannous rule by the king. This (and probably other) DU-member wants to kill off juries because they are an obstacle to Federal government tyranny.
A little education for onlurking DU-folk ... from Dictionary.com:
Tyranny - "1. arbitrary or unrestrained exercise of power; despotic abuse of authority." For the ancient Greeks, from whom we get the word, a tyrant was a ruler who gained and exercised power in despite of existing law. In that context, such a ruler could even be benign or beneficial, yet still a tyrant.
