Oh now, that's not true.
However, I will admit that was my first impression of him, years ago.
He seemed pretty much like the WillyT primitive, a sinecured state governmental employee, an unambitious overpaid broad-bottomed desk-sitting bureaucrat, somebody who just sat around expecting other people would give him things.....but somewhere along the line, I found out that oooops, I was grievously wrong.
For those who aren't aware, the buzzy one is probably the
only hanger-around on Skins's island who, simply by looking at the William Rivers Pitt, would know it's not a natural formation, and if standing close enough to it, he'd probably know its composition.
Those types of smarts don't come easy.
Of course, I was very happy to be wrong, because unlike the primitives, I'm always happy to re-evaluate, and promote, people in my esteem, if possible.
