I've read the email and I agree they were saying she hated using the term "everyday Americans" so much in her speeches. However, I have to call into question why anyone would hate using the phrase "everyday Americans" unless there was some true hatred behind the idea itself. IOW, she hated saying "everyday Americans" because she really does hate everyday Americans.
