If it wasn't for the Supreme Court appointments, and the current Dems' track record of unilateral executive action with the conspiratorial unified complicity of their cohorts in Congress, the fact that we are due for a cyclical economic trainwreck could almost make me come to terms with a Clinton win, as long as the Dems didn't gain the upper hand in Congress along with it.

I don't think it's actually been worse, but it is apparent that until either party actually has 60 Senators that will vote the Party line (I.e., 60 Democrats or an undetermined number somewhere over at least 65 for the GOP), the Opposition party can successfully constipate the Senate...the bare majority party by controlling the docket, and the bare minority party by preventing cloture.

Wait. you mean he isn't King?   Seriously though, that is the problem otherwise I agree with the deadlocked congress statement.   If there was only someway we could get them to only meet for about 1 month a year and get paid accordingly it would be even better and more like what our forefathers envisioned.
