Thank you all for your support towards us LGBT community but.....
As a member of that community. I just don't feel safe. I'm always wondering whose going to take their gun out and shoot me because they don't like that I'm gay. Whose going to harass me because I'm gay. Whose going to protect us from the gun violence out there? But the most important thing I have to ask is when will the hate against us stop? I just have given up hope on humanity. I have given up hope on the human race. I just have no faith anymore at all.

I am sad beyond belief and terrified

Maybe the Florida shooting is the last straw....

Maybe it's time for everyone, right, left, middle, green, LGBT, libertarians, socialists, to come together in a common consensus
and present a united policy/face to the world that we will not stand for this sort of outrage. Political sniping and inter camp bickering
between all parties only emboldens our enemies. If you don't think that terrorists troll chat rooms/forums of every stripe to gauge the responses/mood of the American people in regards to these acts, then I'm sorry, but your kidding yourselves. I for one, am SICK
of the blame games and the attempts to politicize these terrible events. Is there no common ground upon which everyone can agree
that this HAS to stop? I guess the first step would have to be recognizing who is actually responsible for these acts...not "who created the climate" but who actually pulled the trigger.

Ms. Clarice seems to be deviating from the party line. Her stay may be short...

It is not quite as bad...conservatives will push back over at DU Jr. having both sides of an issue does tend to moderate the insanity.

1 I recommend staying at least a half mile from skinhead bars and Islamic Centers.

2 When seconds count, the police are just minutes away, and SWAT is hours away. You need to be your own first line of defense ... set your irrational fear aside, and you really are in potential danger, Get! A! GUN!!! (Learning how to spell, though irrelevant, would also be good)

3 Realistically? It never will. Hatred comes from the sin nature in every human being - that sin nature whose existence you probably don't want to acknowledge-admit. Well to be honest, automatic weapons are still legal. However there are strict requirements to own and possess them and they are expensive.  I wonder when a murder was last committed with an automatic weapon in the US. Was it a legally owned one?
