I've considered that, but considered any likelihood of that happening as pretty much improbable.
Skins has had a 15-year head start on any other primitive message boards, and long ago established Skins's island as the place to be, for primitives. Just about every "new" or "alternative" site for primitives, based upon opposition to Skins's island, has flopped. I can't think of a single one that hasn't.

Established human institutions tend to evolve and change, rather than go extinct. E.G., Jefferson's "Democratic Republicans" evolved into Jackson's somewhat populist Democrats, into the hardcore supporters of slavery of the 1850s, into the populist and racist Jim Crow racists of Wilson, into the pro-union quasi-socialists of FDR (with a strong Jim Crow wing), into the Truman-JFK anti-Communists, into the current tool of America-hating socialists, race-baiters, feminazis, religion-
hating atheists, and hatred- and indulgence-driven gays and lesbians.
I think DU is likely to "suffer" some significant losses in the short term, but,
in the course of partisan events, recover with new stalwart members. The uncertainty, IMO, is the relative proportions of old-timers and new blood and the recovery time. IMO, if Trump is elected POTUS, that time could be surprisingly short, and the number of Berniebot returnees fairly high. OTOH, if
The CHILL is elected, that time will depend on the degree of internecine ill will and the effectiveness of Rs in obstructing her purposes.
JPR, OTOH, is not yet established, and
not-DU "revolutionaries" are likely to be fractious rather than uniters. JPR is not likely to persist and become established unless it can:
1.) be solidified by some core of like-minded organizers;
2.) move beyond their current
not-Hillary, Berniebot identity;
3.) develop/evolve some core of ideas/principles around which it can coalesce and move forward.
