In terms that count, it was a tie, since they were so close that they split the delegates down the middle. Even with the rabbit-out-of-the-hat 'Misplaced' votes, calling it a win is meaningless bit of hair-splitting. It's only a 'Win' in the sense that she didn't get her ass kicked, and that's mainly because it was a closed primary and (Judging from what I've heard from the younger crowd in eastern KY) it's apparently the 'Done thing' among the Millennials to declare as an Independent, though there is only the tiniest chance they'd ever vote for anyone but a DemonRat, and (As you might expect) as a whole they weren't bright enough to figure out the consequences of that in the primaries.
