That's the only thing that makes sense to me.  Trayvon Martin and the Gentle Giant are big heroes to the primitives.  Trayvon was just an innocent little kid making a skittles and iced tea run and the Gentle Giant was a young college bound gentleman and scholar.  Why do the primitives heap scorn on these young ladies?  Because they're still alive and thus they are of no use to the left.

UAlbany women who reported hate crime kicked out of school


The University at Albany confirmed that the three women who gained national attention after a January CDTA bus incident have been punished by the Student Conduct Board.

Ariel Agudio and Asha Burwell have been dismissed from the university and Alexis Briggs has been suspended for two years, according to an email sent Thursday by President Robert J. Jones to the UAlbany community.

The email, sent out 16 days after UAlbany decided the three women's student conduct cases, was released after the Times Union reported from a confidential letter informing Burwell she had been "disciplinarily dismissed" as of April 19.

The women, who are black, said they were attacked by 12 to 20 people on a CDTA bus Jan. 30. Their accusations gained national attention, but they have since been charged for making the story up and in fact starting the fight.

These girls not only ruined their own college education and potential employment opportunities, they've also made it much more difficult for black people who actually experience hate crimes from being taken seriously. For that, these girls need to pay the price and jail will do just that.
They didn't have the good sense to die so that you could make heroes out of them.

When 3 members of the gibsmedat crowd decide they're going to invent a hate crime (and maybe get some extra bucks suing the bus operator), cameras are the least of their worries. They didn't do their homework to see IF the bus had cameras, and got caught.

How many phony hate crimes have been exposed that were perpetrated by queers, dykes, or cross dressing freaks of one type or another?

Lots of them, but the DUmmies never attacked them.  No, they wait until a fake white on black hate crime is exposed.

My wife and I both work in Albany.  This was a big deal at first, but almost from the onset, people who were on that bus were coming forward and saying, "It didn't happen the way that the 'victims' are saying."  I thought that the Soros-funded Albany County DA, who just happens to be black, would find for the complainants, or just decide not to charge anyone.  This was a surprise that the women were charged by the grand jury, so they must have really ****ed up in this.  This must have been so egregious and blatant that anyone would have charged the women.

They screwed the pooch on this one, and they're going to have that specter over themselves for the rest of their lives because of it.  Good. :fuelfire:

It is a reflection of what the left really thinks of women and particularly black women.

Think back to 30 years ago and the Tawana Brawley hoax.
When it finally blew apart she was left with the stigma while her user and con artist Al Sharpton now visits the White House.

Black women get zero respect from the left outside of their political usefulness.

Exactly.  Brawley converted to Islam and changed her name (Maryann Muhammed, IIRC) because of it.  But, notice how the White House and Sharpton didn't really get into the controversy?  My wife and I have speculated that someone tipped them off to stay out of it, saying, "They are going to lose big in this.  Don't get involved."

Yeah, well, DU-folk will get all up in arms over the next - and every future - "hate crime" that turns out to be a hoax. So this glimmer of truth will be rendered "harmless", from a Lib/Prog POV.

Past hoaxes ... I'm sure DU was foaming with outrage at the hoax pulled off by the Lesbian in Lincoln (don't have time to Google it). I'll bet they were much less exercised at her for having perpetrated the hoax. Faux hate crimes have practically become rites of passage at Lib/Prog colleges and universities.
