IMO, it could be a race between Lynch getting her ___ handed to her in court and BHO leaving office, and the next AG withdrawing the case.

I hope blacks just love Lynch's equation of NC's common sense restroom law with Jim Crow laws.

Only for DUmmies and the occasional tongue-tied journalist in an interview, whose mouth has outrun his or her brain.  In thirty-five or so years of practicing law, the only honorific term with 'General' in it for one of them, State or Federal, and used by anyone possessed of their full faculties and jumbling their words is 'Mister (Or Madam) Attorney General.'  'General' is not used by itself because, among other reasons, the important part of the person's job is the 'Attorney' part, not the 'General' part.

^^ That's the way I've always seen it in practice, DAT.  "General" doesn't refer to a job title.

Stinky got no replies.  It's weird that they're all so invested with this.  It's stuff like this that make "normal" democrats from years past wonder what happened to their party.

I can't remember the last time I saw a normal Democrat. They all seemed to take the kool aid  option 8 years ago.
