This is a prime example of her putting herself above the law. She had business
to conduct and didn't want to have to worry about those pesky FOIA requests.

Bottom Line: If Guccifer is telling the truth then the campaign of the leading contender for nomination will be going over the cliff. The Berniebots just want the FBI report and their recommendation for Hillary's indictment to happen BEFORE the Democrat convention so their beloved Bernie can snatch the nomination away from the disgraced Hillary.

If Hillary is indicted, then Skinner should call his wife to cash her Hillary check for the month before it bounces. Something like that happened to me once. I was working sales and it being a Friday I got my check just before lunch with the intention of depositing it into my bank when I got off work later that day. Well, when I got back from lunch, the parking lot was full of cop cars and I saw police swarming the office. I figured I better go to the company's (not my) bank PRONTO! I did that and cashed the check which fortunately went thru.

That evening I watched the news and the guys running the company were indicted for some financial shennanigans which had nothing to do with me. When I later ran into some of my fellow sales folks at the company, they were all bitching about bounced checks. They should have done like me and gone to the company's bank right away and cashed out.

So that is my recommendation for Mr. Moskwa. Cash the Clinton check at THEIR bank upon hearing of Hillary's indictment.

I've seen rumors on Twitter that Bernie is being secretly encouraged to stay in the race, because insiders believe and indictment is coming down. However, Bernie still won't be the nominee. The DNC/Dems are working behind the scenes to have a last minute candidate jump in.

High chance of that being true, I'm sure they want to keep her from sealing a technical win until the last possible point, which requires keeping Bernie alive.  "Summer vacation at Bernie's," coming soon to a theater near you!

As I mentioned months ago, the server managed to get indexed by archive.org - not the emails, but a blank pagemarker for web services.

Just the fact that the IT people responsible for it weren't smart enough to shut off port 80 on what was supposed to be a secure EMail only device makes it clear that they had no business running it. I'm sure the Chinese have a copy, and probably nearly every other foreign government.

Maybe - but it is a Clinton device after all. It could have been left with web services enabled to keep that big, fat server-class web connection tied to pornhub and other similar sites to keep Bubba occupied.

Question.  I am not familiar with hacking laws but is it a greater penalty/offense to hack a government computer as opposed to a private computer server?  I assume so.

This may be one additional reason that a private server with government secrets on it was maintained by the Clintons.

I did some work for State Farm and a lot of the agents worked out of their home.  One office had their server and network hardware in the bathroom closet.  I thought it was weird at the time... still do.
