Britain issues travel warning for LGBT people headed to U.S.

Source: The Week

In the eyes of the British government, the U.S. may now be a risky destination for LGBT travelers. The British Foreign Office posted a travel advisory update to its website Tuesday warning members of the lesbian gay, bisexual, and transgender communities about anti-LGBT laws passed recently in North Carolina and Mississippi.

"The U.S. is an extremely diverse society and attitudes towards LGBT people differ hugely across the country," the advisory reads. "LGBT travelers may be affected by legislation passed recently in the states of North Carolina and Mississippi."

1. The US is often a very scary and dangerous place for many people. It was wise of them to issue

this warning. The republicans are dismantling freedom, equality and equal opportunity in the US, yet one more example.

I don't understand what the problem is. DUmmies vehemently defend muslims and muslim nations that routinely kill gays, yet some states pass a law that a man can't use a womens restroom and they go freakin nuts.

Liberals disgust me. (Now I don't have to remember to put it on each post).

Because only the left goes searching for that which is not there in a desperate attempt to be offended about something.

"If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen." - Samuel Adams

People like you define "freedom, equality and equal opportunity" as the ability to ignore long established gender segregation in bathrooms, and the ability to force christians into being a part of something that goes against long established religious beliefs.

Like every other word you malignant assholes use, you've twisted "freedom, equality and equal opportunity", into something very different.

Uh huh.

By the way:

Isn't diversity supposed to be a good thing?  If so, I consider that a compliment to us, that we get along so well despite some rather sharp cultural and ethnic differences among us.  Of course we don't get along perfectly, but that's way too much to be expected.

So the primitives may shove that up their rectal apertures and smoke it.

Good. We got enough freaks that think they deserve special accommodations over here already.  Does that make me a bigot? Yes? Good! I will wear that title proudly, dummie.

I personally do not care what people do in their private lives. They can bow down to Al Gore wearing a dress while banging John Edwards in the ass for all I care. I JUST DO NOT WANT TO SEE IT IN PUBLIC!!

I wish the mexican government would issue a travel warning to all their citizens advising them to stay clear of the evil United States.

As I posted in the corresponding MNS forum thread, why do I have a feeling BHO's Foggy Bottom colluded with, if not initiated, this publicity stunt?

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

They might be pissed that the Kenyan is urging Britain to stay with the EU.  The statement that gheys should be wary of the US because of the North Carolina bathroom law, I could see that as some dry British sarcasm....

I don't see how these new laws are a problem for LGBT people, they only affect the T people--and only some of them, at that.  Primitives and Limeys need to understand that:
Lesbian women have no interest in going into the men's can.
Gay men have no interest in going into the women's can.
Bisexual people are probably fine with going into the appropriate restroom for their gender.
Only the Transgender people are affected.  And there are probably a lot of them that are unaffected by the law if they can already pass as women, which many of them can--more or less.  Some of them have been pulling it off for years, right under our noses.

The problem comes in only when the lumberjacks in wigs like Bruce Jenner and skeevy pervs who don't even put in the effort to dress up like women but think they have a blank check to creep around where they don't belong, when people like that go into the women's restroom.
We will make America strong again. We will make America proud again. We will make America safe again. And we will make America great again.
