The White House was put on lockdown Monday afternoon after reports of an active shooter, and Fox News was quick to point fingers. While they suggested the shooter could be a member of ISIS, it turns out he was actually an American Christian pastor.

So this DUmmie links to an article he wrote on something called us.blastingnews.com and botches his main fact rather badly.  The shooter was NOT an "American Christian pastor".  Nothing in any of the stories I've read from credible sources says this guy was a pastor.  The DUmmie equates the shooter yelling “I’m a prophet of God” from the balcony of the House of Representatives to being a "American Christian pastor".

I never saw any speculation, either, that the shooter is connected with ISIS, not on conservative sources, not on MSM sources. As best I can tell it went down when I was out on the trail, so I may have missed some the earliest reportage that tends to have a lot of incorrect information.

Thankfully, the AP story was incorrect in reporting that the police officer was shot.
