Not to worry, they will.

I dunno, fb, I'm enjoying the opportunity to mock another round of hoplophobic Prog conclusion-jumping being crushed by reality. In this case that happened disappointingly early - the hoplophobes hardly had a chance to get their speculation gin warmed up.
Looking over the guy's church's website, it does exist, and he is named as the pastor. It sounds vaguely Pentecostal/Holiness (though the pastor is pictured wearing clerical robes, not exactly Pentecostal or Holiness culture), with an emphasis on social-community service/work, including through government mandates. It has services twice a month, and the page says "call for location". Start-up churches are forced to be flexible and resourceful, but this guy's church sounds marginal, if not dubious.
But, assuming it is real, it's the kind of church Progs should love - emphasizing community service
including by government mandate
(including a $15/hr. minimum wage, one of Progs' causes-of-the-month). So if DU-folk are trying to make something of the guy being a pastor, it's blue-on-blue.
