My primary care physician and Dr. Carson are very close friends. Dr.Carson visited our town a few months back to speak and the room quickly filled in a matter of minutes, and many had to be turned away. Rand Paul, who I would of liked to have seen, just to meet the guy, had less then 100 people show up.

You know why Cruz staffers believed the CNN news report of Dr Carson's planned return home meant he was dropping out of the race?

Because they believe him to be intelligent.

And an intelligent man in Dr Carson's position would have done exactly that exactly then (if not earlier).

Unfortunately for everyone, including himself and especially his very few voting supporters, he's slower on the uptake than people gave him credit for.

Good on him for finally facing facts.

I'm curious to see where he'll show up after this.  He's a good man.  I think I might have lost yet another liberal friend when I accused people of being racist when the media was going after him......

Ben Carson is a great surgeon. He is not a great politician or bureaucrat (and that is a compliment) .
