OK. I can understand that. Dummie worked for the civil fed government though. Dummie said he got disability from them too. So I am guessing here that once the military classified him as disabled the fed civil government said he was disabled as well?
Dummies lie. There is not a word comes out of their mouth that I believe is the reason I called BS on his story.
Not if he retired from the Military, got hired by the Feds, went back and got the VA to, eventually, rate him as 100% disabled and then disabled out of FCS.
There are lots of complete scumbag lawyers who are chomping at the bit to take government disability claims.
OK. He is 100 percent disabled from the military and from FERS? So I take it to mean he actually worked after he was disabled from the military? I am assuming that the military would not have taken him if he worked and was disabled.
You can go to the VA, after you retire, and get a percentage of disability. I think sleep apnea will get you 40% disabled. No shit. From there, you can up it. All the while, drawing a government paycheck as a GS and just waiting to run a similar scam with FERS. You get no extra money. The disability percentage is the percentage of your retirement pay that is non taxable.
