Many ME Muslims have simultaneously - though not necessarily in the same sentence - denied the Holocaust and said that Hitler didn't go far enough.
As for the "Red heifer" thing, I've heard of it, obviously. Whether the people doing that are actually Fundamentalists or not, I'm not sure. They are a tiny group, if not smaller, and I doubt they've spent millions of dollars, unless it's New Taiwan Dollars. The linkage between having a red heifer and Armageddon, is far less direct and far more complex than the DU member states, but expecting most DU members to care enough to understand the Christians they contemn is asking wa-a-a-aaaayyyyyyy too much.
