Anyone care to predict this outcome?

The Supreme Court has agreed to rule on O's executive orders on amnesty.  Texas Federal Judge Andrew Hanen had issued a temporary injunction to halt executive amnesty.  The Supremes will give their ruling by the end of June.

My prediction is three's a charm for Justice Roberts:
- He saved Obamacare by rewriting legislation & changed O's mandate to a tax
- He saved Obamacare again by basically saying of course Obama meant to give taxpayer subsidies to states even if they didn't set up their own Obamacare exchanges.
- & he'll save Obama's legacy by ruling in favor of O's executive amnesty.

Wouldn't surprise me in the slightest. Roberts has turned out to be a liberal mole -- but then again, GWB put him there.

New or old, it doesn't matter too much at this stage.  The eGOP pretty much controls the entire flavor of the Pachyderms on Parade.

I fear that even Ted will succumb to the Draw of the Dollar, because that's what is controlling all of that.

Chief Roberts has been pretty good on gun control/2nd Amendment issues, though.

Roberts was never the same when he was berated and publicly humiliated at the last SOTU the court will ever attend.
