Frank is all powerful and omnipresent. 
I can't figure out why the primitives think we're bad people, when in fact we're very nice--and concerned--people.
For example, ever since poor stupid Beth's scam was exposed several years ago, how many times since then have the primitives gotten taken on such a massive scale? They get taken a little bit here and there, but nothing on the scale of the Scamdal.
It's because we're looking out for them; we care.
And currently with the Bernie bullies threatening to take over the Democrat party, and the supporters of the worthier candidate holding their fire--fear? uncertainty? intimidation?--somebody's got to tackle the Bernie bullies lest they win and destroy the Democrat party, and I suppose God intends that "somebody" to be us, since Wills & Co. won't.
It's because we're looking out for them; we care.
And there's lesser examples of our standing up for primitives being taken advantage of, by other primitives; shoring up poor dear Marta against the greedy selfish slob of a husband she has, propping up Jeanette being overwhelmed by the now-late Las Vegas Leviathan, trying to shield the sparkling old dude against his avaricious much-younger wife who always wants more, more, more, &c., &c., &c.
That old adage about "no good deed goes unpunished" is alas all to true, when it comes to the primitives.
