I'm going to guess that nadin linked a San Diego County form that lets residents report repairs as repairs rather than property improvements (which would result in a property tax increase). If nads really gave a @#$% about people being interested in the form, she would at least have explained the significance of the form  she linked.

DU has probably 10 or fewer members who are property owners in San Diego County, CA. Her post would have been much more useful had she researched and linked the equivalent forms from CA's other 57 counties.

I guess nads is too high up in the journalistic stratosphere to bother with such mundanities.
