Close to being evicted, I'm asking for help
I got laid off in November (right before Thanksgiving) and haven't had much luck finding a full-time job so I am in the process of setting up my web development freelance business. I've gotten a couple of clients but my savings have run out and the landlady is knocking on the door and so is the bank for my car loan. I also lost my roommate right before all this happened and haven't had luck in that area either.
Anything you can do to help me catch up before I get kicked out or lose my car would be much appreciated. Living in the DC metro area isn't cheap and net 30 terms (my client will pay me at the end of January) are hard to deal with at the moment.
I hate having to ask for help but can't see any other way around it at the moment (I've sold most of the stuff I have that's worth anything to cover December).

Yadda yadda broke yadda yadda hard times...It seems to me that in the Bush years, there were way more DUmmies and way fewer beggars. Now, after 8 years of 0bummer, there are fewer active DUmmies but WAY more beggars.
Being a scientist, I have to consider many possible reasons for the high ratio of DUmmy beggars so deep into the legacy of their Lord and Savior:
1.
The DUmmies are getting older and more infirm, and are finally tapped out. Maybe so, but then again, several of the beggars have been of prime working age, though not
necessarily of working potential (see: Pam Dawson, who has demonstrated the willingness to simultaneously brag about her wealth AND beg, without complaint from others).
2.
The newer-vintage DUmmies are worse off than the older-vintage DUmmies. A distinct possibility, since the 0loser victories in 08 and 12 have embolded many losers to come out of the woodwork.
3.
More DUmmies have caught on to the choice grifting opportunities afforded by DU. Also plausible, since they've demonstrated since Scamdy that large amounts of money can be extracted from liberal suckers.
4.
Times are actually worse for everyone under 0bummer.Possibly, but many of us have prospered, anyway, and indeed so have many DUmmies. Compare DFW: he is preceded into each room he enters by the smells of jet exhaust and foie gras farts.
5.
Times are actually worse for underskilled morons who still think they're better than everyone else. This is by far the most plausible option, and the one I support. DUmmies are stupid, lazy, and self-righteous, a lethal triumvirate when one os only skilled for hourly labor.
