He will build a U.S./Mexico wall and get the Mexican government to pay for it.

It seems plausible, when one considers, he is running for president and getting the public to pay for it.

Reports indicate that he has spent less than $250k on his campaign, while receiving hundreds of millions in publicly funded advertising, i.e., "news" mentions.

1% tax on wire transfers will more than pay for it -- $28B a year (22 to Mexico) -- 280 million a year should pay for the wall in no time.

I once worked security at a hospital (didn't pay sh*t but a job was a job) and the controller was a black lady. I REALLY had trouble understanding her. She once gave the time as " si fiddy fi". I had to ask what that was and turns out, she meant "six fifty five", then she looked at me like I was stupid. Hey, I couldn't help I spoke proper english and she used ebonics. It's like a whole nother language.

So how is being smart enough to get the lameass media mention him 87,000 times a day equate to Trump "getting the public to pay for it?"

Except for PBS, NONE of the media is "publicly funded".

The "Getting Mexico to pay for it" thing is pretty much gasbaggery, at least without huge applications of nuance and 'What I really meant,' but nobody who favors the wall actually gives a shit as long as the damned thing really gets built, me included.
