It's back to the grindstone on Monday morning for most. (some of us are on irregular schedules after all)

I'm having to study a lot more this week, as I have 1 regular exam, 1 lab practical, and 1 FINAL exam to take this week.   Since some have asked about my whereabouts, Yahoo IM is out of the question for this upcoming week (plus the following "vacation" week).   :bawl:

Oh, and I'm out of beer.  :censored:

I hope so, because I really messed up on the last exam, which did some damage to my overall grade.  :( If I can ace the final, it will be doubled (and will replace the bad exam).    :cheersmate:

Georgia.  I think some Republicans tried to do away with the laws, but our R  governor shot their attempts down (hence why I won't vote for him next time).  I've had some folks tell me to just plan ahead, but I can't always do that, given my work/school schedule.

I'm having to study a lot more this week, as I have 1 regular exam, 1 lab practical, and 1 FINAL exam to take this week.   Since some have asked about my whereabouts, Yahoo IM is out of the question for this upcoming week (plus the following "vacation" week).   :bawl:

Holy Cow.  What state is still that Bass akwards?

Georgia.  I think some Republicans tried to do away with the laws, but our R  governor shot their attempts down (hence why I won't vote for him next time).  I've had some folks tell me to just plan ahead, but I can't always do that, given my work/school schedule.   

I am heading down that way in a couple of weeks.  Will stock on adult beverages before Sunday while I am there.

Is the whole state that way or just certain counties?

Whole state, but some counties (Bulloch, in particular) are even more strict.  I remember when I was at Georgia Southern in Statesboro,  I had to drive about 50 miles to Savannah to get my Bailey's (usually did that when I had an eye doctor appointment in the same area).    In Bulloch County... no liquor can be sold.
