To a passersby along the 101 Freeway near Agoura, the two men standing on an overhead bridge Sunday evening conjured an image of terror.

One wore full military fatigues carrying what appeared to be an assault rifle. One had a gas mask.

At least 10 people called 911 reporting they felt threatened by the two men standing on the Chesebro Road overpass, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. The busy roadway was shut down briefly as a security measure.

Where is the "safe spaces"?
